Morning forecast for Sept. 28, 2026
Tropical moisture has established itself across the Desert Southwest and a low pressure system will now clash with that moisture today. This will kick up showers and thunderstorms across the state with a threat of flash flooding possible from about Juab County southward. Things will calm down for the Wasatch Front tomorrow, but lingering showers and storms can't be ruled out in southern Utah. By mid-week and into the weekend we will see high pressure move in and quiet things down. KSL Weather 9.28.26
