Morning weather forecast for August 17, 2026
High pressure has pulled away from the Four Corners region, so the monsoon moisture has shut off in response. Temperatures will be warming this week with predominantly dry skies. Really the only noteworthy weather event would be a passing low pressure system in the northern Rockies that will kick up some dry winds in central and southern Utah Tuesday. Other than that there won't be any rain chances until the monsoon makes another push this weekend. Matt Johnson – KSL Weather 8.17.26
