Afternoon forecast for June 19, 2026
Low pressure moving into Nevada today will draw southwest flow into Utah - bumping temperatures up by 8-10 degrees from yesterday. Dry t-storms are possible Saturday afternoon along the Wasatch Front and up to the Idaho border where t-storm chances are highest. These pop-up t-storms will be more of a threat for fire weather than they will be for rainfall. Temperatures over the weekend will be in the upper 80s. - Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 6.18.26
